Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation took recruitment exam for Junior Driver recruitment on 3rd
May. The exam was taken to fill 7630 available vacancies in various
states of the country. Because of the large number of available posts,
huge number of applicants applied and sat for the exam. Now, quite a few
days have passed since the written exam. So, applicants have become
quite tensed about the result. They are frequently asking about the
result date and going to MSRTC office. Good news for all the candidates
is that the authority will publish Maharashtra State Road Transport
Corporation Junior Driver Result 2015 by the first week
of June. Result processing does take some time. As the exam was taken
on a massive scale to fill more than seven thousand vacancies, it will
take a little more time to complete all the process of fair result
publication. Once all the process is complete, the recruitment authority
will publish MSRTC Junior Driver Result 2015 on the website:

Driver (Junior) Written exam was taken on 3rd
May. Exam was objective type and 100 questions were set On Marathi
Language, Hindi Language, Mathematics, General Knowledge, Driving
Knowledge, RTO rules and Symbols etc. Exam was taken on 150 mark and
applicants will have secure cut off mark to be selected in the written
test. MSRTC Junior Driver Cut off Mark 2015 is 40% of the total mark.
So, an applicant will need to get minimum of 60 out of 150 to be
selected in the written test.
MSRTC Result 2015 for Junior Driver Exam
MSRTC Junior Driver Merit List 2015 will
be prepared on the basis of mark obtained in the written exam. Merit
list will be published along with mark obtained in the exam for
transparency. Candidates will be listed on rank basis. Higher ranked
candidate will be higher in the rank. Merit list will be published on
the website.
Selected candidates in the merit list
will be eligible for interview and physical test. For interview, all the
applicants will have to submit original copies of relevant documents.
Interview will be held after document verification process. The
authority will analyze the information provided by the candidates
strictly to verify the authentication of the information provided during
application. In case of any duplication, authority will cancel the
candidacy of an applicant irrespective of his place in the merit list.
In the interview, candidate’s skill and proficiency in Marathi language
will be tested.

verification will be declared after written test result is published.
For interview selection, experienced candidates who have previous work
experience to work for Government Organization and have driving
experience of more than 3 years will be given priority.
Selected candidates in the interview
will have to undergo physical test. Physical test will asses the stamina
of candidates as driving does require strength and fitness. If any
candidate is found unfit, then he may not be considered permanent for
the post. Besides, basic driving test might be taken for less
experienced candidates. Candidates will have to pass driving and
physical test to be permanently selected for their desired post.
